1.) Chocolate (dark) releases endorphins which make you feel better.
2.) Laughter stimulates body circulation and eases digestive processes.
3.) Talk about it. Conversing helps alleviate the gravity of the situation.
4.) Exercise. It can be as non-exertional as stretching out your body, receiving a massage or going into a sauna for 10 minutes. Of course, 15 to 20 minutes of continuous exercise, even walking, can work wonders, but never underestimate the power of calming your body.
5.) Learn to say no. Simply relieving unnecessary burdens can improve your health immeasurably.
